Speed Friending

Similarly to speed dating, speed friending is designed to meet a handful of new people and see if there is some chemistry between you. You can end up meeting a few new international colleagues or someone you’d like to go on a date with!

There will be multiple tables with topics assigned to each of them. You will have 5-7 minutes to talk about the subject – or anything else – with your partner at the table. After a few minutes the round will change and you will be asked to go to the next table. The goal is for everyone to have a chance to talk to everyone.

After the rounds have finished, you will have a chance to spend some hygge time all together and talk more to the people you feel you vibed with. Maybe you have some shared interests? Maybe a class you’d like to go with someone? Or maybe find a group for a weekly jogging in the park? It’s up to you! One thing is certain – the speed friending event is a great platform to meet other internationals in Copenhagen and have some expat fun!
